I have had many problems with my 2017 Yukon Denali and after disappointing service through two other Southern GMC Dealerships I decided to go out to Duke. Will was my service advisor and took the time to listen to me. His team was very thorough and figured out the issue which were substantial problems with the transmission and transfer case. Duke always fit me in when needed. My only concern was that I was told by AAA that I would receive a discount. I was told by Duke representative that Duke did not do any discounts.
My experience overall at Duke Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac was great. I'd receive a phone call bright and early in the morning saying that my car was ready for pick up. I was really surprised how fast my vehicle was ready. That was really impressive!
