Took my truck into Duke for a state inspection and unfortunately it took all day to have my truck inspected. Other then that very friendly people

Went in to upgrade my car to a truck, had these pleasure of working with Mr. Mault. Preferred and other optional maintenance plans are very expensive and add considerable costs to vehicles (i.e. adds 32% to final cost). This makes base cost look very misleading

Great service guy. Listened to my concerns, noted them and even though I was there for just an oil change, he had a technician check them out and respond. Didn't take long for the oil change and tire rotation.

They kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was being repaired. They also kept the car rental company updated and the insurance company updated. Process was seamless. Absolutely professional. The car was flawless.
