They kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was being repaired. They also kept the car rental company updated and the insurance company updated. Process was seamless. Absolutely professional. The car was flawless.

Duke Chevrolet parts and service department was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt with answers and great with communicating exactly what was going on during the service process. Jeff is the only name that I remember because I dealt with him most of the time, however every associate I spoke with was very professional and kind. Thank you all for the great customer service.

The whole process was made very easy and quick. I walked the lot with Joe as my sales agent and looked at a few vehicles. The following day we worked over the phone, he helped get me into something I liked in my price range. Took it home the same day! Everyone was so nice, 10/10 experience as a first time buyer

Pleased with scheduling, in-boarding, service, communications, and checkout. My Service Rep, Warren, was courteous and helpful. Couldn't give me a regular appointment but said "bring it in early and we'll squeeze you in. Thanks, Warren. Look forward to working with him again. GWB

Went in for an oil change and left with a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax 2RS. Candice was great as always, whole process went very fast and professional as always with Duke. This is my second new car purchase from them!
