Excellent service as always! Everyone is friendly. My truck was fixed on time and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Ive never had a complaint in the 7+ years I’ve had my truck and it’s always been a great experience.

this dealership service department is the best within the Hampton roads area, they are attentive and fast. i switched from a service department close to my house to this department which is 30 min away and it's well worth the drive!

Duke did a great job of making an appointment that suited my schedule, taking my car and getting the work complete within the time frame they gave me. The employees are courteous and professional and I trust them to take care of my car!! I am a happy and satisfied customer!!

Charlie wiley was my salesman very experienced what he does great salesman and a great person he handle the sales very professionally with no pressure gave me a great deal on my 2026 Denali will be going back to dukes when need another vehicle I recommend Duke's Oldsmobile and I recommend Charlie for sales very happy and pleased
