My appointment was scheduled for 11: A.M. on Saturday September the 12th, I arrived at 10:45 I was greeted by Donna in service. My truck was taken in by Will in service, I was treated with very much respect, I was getting an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and general check up. Will informed me that at some time soon I will need Front Brakes replaced, I will definitely have that done at Duke. Thanks for all you do.

Love Love Love great customer service, because my car came in from NC I was updated until big red got here. It was not a long process. The perks from Duke of Suffolk is awesome.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go to! Austin was my sales rep and he was fantastic. As usual, it was a long day but they got the deal that I was looking for. I can see why they are so highly rated! All the employees that were involved from the finance manager to the sales managers were very cordial. Nice job Austin!

Duke GMC is the best place to purchase a vehicle. I just took delivery of a 2024 Canyon and just wanted to say that the process from ordering to delivery was amazing. My service appointment was pretty good, other than my inspection results. Not happy that on my 1st inspection after buying the truck, I failed and had to purchase new tires. They didn't look worn when I purchased, and nothing was said after my last oil change and tire rotation. Hard to believe they went from the dealer lot to not passing inspection in less than a year.

This was a great car buying experience. They had the exact car I wanted. Candice was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. They even matched the loan rate my bank was going to give me. My family will definitely be buying more cars from here in the future.
