Lifetime Service and Parts Guarantee on all Workmanship on new and pre-owned vehicles.
Service Guarantee – If your covered service ever fails due to our workmanship, we will fix it at no cost, as long as you own the vehicle.
Parts Guarantee – If an OEM part that we installed ever fails again due to workmanship, we’ll replace it, as long as you own the vehicle.
Wear and maintenance items are excluded
Initial repair must have been done by Duke using OEM parts
Only applies to OEM parts purchased and installed at Duke
Does not cover additional damaged parts that may result from the part failing.
