Exterior condition such as dents, dings, scratches, etc.
Interior condition of the seats, carpet, leather, etc.
Year model and Mileage
Mechanical condition of the engine, transmission etc.
Be sure to bring with you any paper work including;
Lien holder if you still have a loan.
Title if you have no lien.

Step 2: We will make you a fair market offer:
At Duke we have a good understanding of the used car market! We use all the latest tools and technology to make sure we offer every customer the fair market value price for their vehicle. We will give you in writing a fair market value offer for your vehicle. Our offer is good for 7 days.
Step 3: We will buy your vehicle:
If you decide to sell us your vehicle we can do everything in a timely manner. If you have a payoff, we will contact your finance company to determine the balance owed and help with all the paperwork to pay off your vehicle.
If you owe more than the vehicles fair market value, then the difference is called negative equity. We will let you know the difference between your pay-off and our fair market value offer. You can make arrangements with our finance manager to pay the difference several different ways.
If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Duke Automotive in Suffolk Va and have a pay-off with negative equity you could possibly finance the balance with your new loan. Or if you have postive equity, you can use that as downpayment with your new vehicle.
